During distance therapy sessions, I communicate and work with what I call the Me Team.

This includes every single part of you: Source/The Universe/God, your Spirit, Soul, Oversoul, Higher Self, Multi-Dimensional Selves, Super Soul, Incarnations, Magnetic Self, Fractal Selves, and more — basically every part of you that exists across all time and space.

Some people may wonder if I work with “higher” beings like angels or ascended masters and the answer is no.

Along my journey I have learned that, while these types of beings can and do exist, there are many more who masquerade as beings of light, simply to take advantage of us, establish energetic cords, harvest our energy, and manipulate our thoughts/actions like puppet masters behind the scenes.

In my experience with so-called angels and ascended masters, I was in a blissed-out state nearly 24/7, which is not a normal state of being. Human beings feel a range of emotions throughout a single day, which is unique to our species and is something we are recognized for.

When I cut off ties with well-known Archangels and Ascended Masters, they continued to insert themselves into my meditations uninvited, attempting to re-establish a connection with me. It took close to a month to completely eradicate their unsought presence. This type of behaviour is not the norm with truly benevolent beings who have no agenda.

It is important to note that not all beings whom we are told are “higher” than us, or that vibrate faster than us, or who are perceived as more masterful than us, are exactly as they seem. There are certain malevolent beings who generate a feeling of pure love with nefarious intentions behind it. Discernment is critical.

I would urge you to consider why you might need to look outside of yourself, if you find this information difficult to digest or triggering. You truly are more powerful than you might actually realize and you don’t need to call on anything outside of you to help you with anything. The truth is always within and you have a Me Team of “yous” who are more than willing and able to help you with anything that comes your direction.
